Sprint TP Memory Usage
 

Why is it when I first reboot my TP, the memory usage is around 35 percent, with only activesync running. As I use the phone and programs I notice the memory usage slowly creeps up to around 45 to 50 percent, again with only activesync running. A soft reset brings the memory usage back down to 35 percent. Why does this happen? Are programs not unloading completly when they are ended?

Try Oxios Hibernate or WkTask.

Or if you like to pay for stuff, there is memmaid and sktools for automated memory clearing.

I know this doesnt answer your question, but most likely there is a memory hole in one of your programs, a common programming error, and nothing you can do about it but try different roms. I would definitely give KK's Loaded rom a try for fixing nuances like that.

Im running the stock sprint rom. Has anyone else experienced this? I will pay more attention for a while to see what programs are causing the memory usage after they have been quit.

The page pool may be increasing or something. I don't know, I never have that problem.
