TouchFlo unread count only checks inbox.

I use IMAP folders and auto-filtering rules extensively, but the TouchFlo 3d email tab only notifies me if I have unread mail in the 'Inbox' of any email account. Is there a way to set up something similar to the 'Unread' view for desktop Outlook?
