cndm101 - I agree. My buddy called me yesterday, then called my home phone. He said, "dude, I called you, it answered. All I heard were your kids laughing or crying or something, and nothing else. I thought you were dead!"

Sorry for the late response.

Yes, this is fixed. Somehow, SPB Phone Suite decided it wanted to turn on Auto-Answer. I have never touched those settings. All is well. Ever since I uninstalled and re-installed Phone Suite, it's worked perfectly.
