How to change background in tabs besides Home?

I want all my backgrounds to be solid black, but I can only change the background on my home tab? How do I change backgrounds in tabs like People, Texts, Email, Weather, etc?

make sure you disable touch flo before installing, soft reset then enable touch flo.
