I have a 8gig SD card and it works every time.

How does flashing the radio help? I understand that it MAY make the signal better. But if you use a Verizon radio on a Sprint phone with a Sprint plan, what the difference? Is it connecting to verizon towers over sprint or am I thinking this all wrong?
