D-pad not working on sprint touch pro
 

has anyone else had this problem? this morning i woke up and the d-pad isn't working... period... and its really bad.. i've gone to the sprint store and gotten an DHRP ordered, but i still have to wait... what other problems have people had with the phone, hardware wise?

you cant even use the dpad for anything (I hope you mean the circle one)
all it does is keep the backlight on for me without touching the screen

The same issue happened with hard keyboard not working and then my d-pad not working. Had to get the phone swapped out, im on my 3rd touch pro, hopefully my last.
