Hunting down a particular event sound...
So I found that to enable a small tap noise whenever you touch the screen, you go to your settings tab > sound > advanced > "Screen taps" and here you have the option of soft and loud. Well soft just isn't soft enough.
Does anyone know what sound file it's playing so I can open it with an audio editing program and lower the volume within the file even further? (BTW, tap sound combined with touch response is pretty cool. Touch response is the vibrational feedback app by snailslug found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=450256) |
Re: Hunting down a particular event sound...
How low do you want it. You can just turn off the sound so it doesn't make the noise when you tap on your screen.

Ok...
Anyone else understand what I'm trying to do? I keep my system volume at 100% because of bluetooth streaming. I could just lower the system volume and get the same effect, but that's not difficult enough. If anyone knows what wav file is being played when you turn the tap noise on, plzplzplz let me know |
