TP Landscape Soft Keys

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows how to add Soft Keys to the TP when it is in landscape mode, currently I have them while in Portrait mode but not when I switch to landscape mode. I have looked around but haven't had any luck finding any info on this.

It appears that I can press in the soft key are but there is nothing there.
