ok, i stand corrected... i just tried for about 30min, in every conceiable combination.. using either just s2a found in my cab, nothing.. with s2u2 options, nothing... any many other combos..Trust ME lol.. i mustve called from my other line 80times doing it..

when i hear "slide to end" i think of a slider,just like the others, that u slide over to end the call.. my guess is to avoid accidently brushing up against ur face and hanging up??? no clue..

im convinced after this, if thats what "slide to end" is, it doesnt really exist.. if it does, feel free to prove me wrong, anyone please, now actually wanna see it work(but wouldnt use it lol)... post a screen shot with your "slide to end" screen..

its a myth?? lol.. an overlooked,intended,but unfinished feature???

would be awesome, for what ever reason my phone screen will turn on and my cheek will turn the call off, if there is nothing perhaps a request over at xda is in order?

woah. i swore it was in some rom. Maybe i was wrong. I hope someone has this. It would be essential for me and probably many others.

I know what you're talking about. I used to have the Instinct a few months ago and it had the slide to end feature. It's to avoid accidentally hanging up on a call. I liked it a lot and would like this also.

Does anyone know who we can contact about this? I would like it to be integrated with s2a if possible. But who would we contact about getting the slide to end? Also i believe their is a gsm s2a that has the curtain which hjelps but the ## cdma codes dont work with it.

It's not exactly what you're looking for...but in S2u2, you should be able to set the screen to shut off while on the call.

That way, at least you can't "cheek" someone.

csdevctr I've been following the dev for some time, it's getting really good now too! but yes, It has many slide options including ending a call.
ps. it uses the built in wm lock, with or without pin# (actually soon you will be able to have both! like say if it's been idle for an hour, require password, otherwise just the simple unlock. :)
