password input glitch???
 

hey guys, i'm having a huge issue with my sprint touch pro. so i was setting up a password and it let me use numbers and letters. it let me unlock it once but after trying to change the password it's only letting me type numbers. it's odd that it let me do it the first time and now i can't get in my phone at all. i'm assuming i have to do a hard reset but i'm hoping someone can help!

Have you tried entering the number that the letter would correspond to if you were to enter it on a phone keypad?

Just a suggestion to try before resorting to a hard reset.

Do you have any of your information backed up with a program like SPB backup?

I'm guessing not, or you wouldn't be so bummed about having to hard reset, but I thought I'd ask.

if it is just the software keyboard not letting you input letters, try using hardware keyboard? but i might just misunderstood yoru question.
