if you look at the top of your thread, youll see site news and announcements, thats a forum. if you go up even further youll see the word forums, tap on that to see all forums we have here. you xan also look at the top of site ans see pictures of phones, tap on your phone and that also works. hope this helos some. welcome here also. theres also a introductions forum to introduce yourself if you want to try that if you havent.

If it's from another carrier, it probably won't work. I know they work from Sprint just fine. It also matters if it was forwarded or sent to you directly. A lot of times those animated picture mails don't work right when they are forwarded, especially if it was from another carrier.
