HTC Touch Pro Sprint FORCE ROAM

I have a new Sprint HTC Touch Pro and I would like to force roam. The phone only has two roaming options, SPRINT and AUTOMATIC. I'm not very tech savy and I would appreciate very specific and accurate assistance. I'd like to have the 3rd roaming option that Sprint phones used to have. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I would think that these are registry edit cabs?
do these still work if you uninstall them?

If you do a softreset after uninstall it it's gone.

First to those of you who pointed out that I posted this thread multiple times - I apologize - I did it in error.

I am writing now to report that I was successful in installing the CAB file and I now have ROAM !!!!!

I worked perfectly.

Thank you most sincerely TMZ ... Your very kind and prompt response has saved me endless frustration.

The only thing now is that I get a 1X Icon and I cannot use my Sprint Data Connection in Comm Mgr - I assume this is because of the roaming? So when I want to use the Data Connection I need to flip back to the Sprint network.. right? No fix for this I bet?

Thanks a million ... maybe now I won't miss so many calls.... thanks... I'm thrilled beyond belief.

Jusi make sure that 80% of your calls and data because Sprint will call and cancel, several on that thsi week.

Dont want to scare you but, you can be terminated by using to much "ROAM"

Under "Roaming Included Plans":Sprint may terminate service if a majority of minutes in a given month are used while roaming off the Sprint Nationwide PCS Network.

Data Usage Limitation (Mobile Broadband Cards, USB Modems, Imbedded Modems and Phone-As-Modem): The amount of data transmitted over our network is measured in kilobytes (KB), megabytes (MB) or gigabytes (GB). Sprint reserves the right to limit throughput speeds or amount of data transferred; and to deny, terminate, modify, disconnect or suspend service if usage either exceeds (a.) 5GB/month in total or (b.) 300MB/month while off-network roaming. 1024 KB equal 1 MB. 1024 MB equal 1 GB
