Asurion to raise deductible to $150

The other day I went into the sprint store because my phone was all scratched up from dropping it one to many times. The rep just told me to call and pay the $50 deductible to get a new one, but he said to do it soon because asurion was raising the deductible to $150 for all smartphones and pocket pc's. He didn't say when it would take affect but im sure it won't be long.

Very possible, I would think that Smart Phones do cost more for the insurer to replace.

Re: Asurion to raise deductible to $150

It is going to a $100 deductible on April 19th.

Every account holder that has Asurion should have received the pamphlet by now.

There are a couple of threads on this already.

Are you the account holder? I guess they only have to make sure that you have gotten it before April 19th
