Can't transfer videos to my pc
 

Hey everyone I have been trying to search for this answer but can't find it you think you can help? Whenever I sync my pro to my pc my pictures transfer over, but for some reason the videos can't. It lets me know that it can't be read/played back. Any ideas what it may be? I thought it might be the format on the pro but not sure waht it should be. Thanks once again

Put a file extension on them? .3g2 or .mp4

depending on the format of the video, some players need a plugin. as far as moving them, go to my computer/mobile device/mobile device/storage card/my doc's/videos(if thats where your saving them then just click and drag to your desk top or a folder. if there not on your card the it will just be in the video folder under mobile device.
