PRL Question
 

in my never ending quest to get better service i decided to write my own prl. I am currently an alltel customer so Q1: i should have access to both sprint and now verizons voice and hdr networks right? but with the newest alltel roaming lists it still places verizon as a sid to hit first. this is where i edited the prl at, i just moved the verizon listing up and flashed to my phone. due to the acq tables not being right i only got 1x on verizons sid. I then added the verizon acq table entries and now have revA on the verizon sid. Q2: since i am using different channels does this constitute as "Alltel Extended" aka pay for roaming?
