Did you notice if there were any notification waiting for you when the screen randomly turned on?

It will just randomly come on. Ill turn it off and five minutes later it turns on. it hate when this happens because when its in my pocket it wastes the battery when the screen is touched

unless u have push email enabled, itseems to be related to loosing signal while in sleep mode, the device hardware wakes up on regaining signal. best solution for now is to use s2u2 and set it for 10 second or so shutoff after wake up if you dont unlock it. no other known solution it seems, and u can verify this by putting phone into flight mode and notice if it doesn't wakey randomly.

There are only 2 things that I have noticed happens with this. 1 - your phone goes into roaming and when that happenes the screen lights up. I guess to let you know its gone into roaming mode. 2nd - you have installed some program and its causing your phone to wake up randomly. I have had both happen to me and I could never figure out what program it was so I just did a hard reset and installed only the programs I needed.
