oh no!! its the like the lg rumor all over again. If it becomes a know issue we can replace it for free but until then its $55 on up.

Sprint does not handle mfn warranty in store. You have to send it to HTC. The only way you get it fixed by sprint is with TEP, or if you pay a ridiculous fee.

TEP deductible's gonna increase to $200 soon, I got a letter in the mail about that. I better not be forced to pay that because of this

The in store part of tep covers things like this so actually filing an insurance claim will never become an issue unless it shows signs of physical damage, abuse or liquid damage. If I read everything correctly it will only go up to $100 for PDA's and stick at $50 for regular phones to file a claim with Asurion. d

Awesome, maybe I read that mail wrong. Know when that raise will come into effect?

I did have 2 bad phones in the past with Garbled LCD's . scrambled nd weird specially when u use TF3D.

it's either april 1st or 15th, i cant remember exactly but definitely april.
