Rom Update Question?
 

So I saw that you can get the new rom update for the Pro on HTC.com for the GSM version only. Was just wondering if anyone has heard anything of when the update will come out for the CDMA version and/or if theres a leaked version? Oh yeah and also what will happen if you put the GSM update on a CDMA device? Thanks:mrgreen:

I was on the phone with HTC the other day and asked that question and he stated that he has no knowledge of a CDMA rom upgrade coming out...But that doesnt mean there isnt one hehe

One of my buddies who is a big time geek said that there already is a Diamond update that will be out shortly for cdma and the pro will follow shortly. They will definetly have one though.

I would guess there will be one for CDMA..Thats why I called HTC..But like usual they are no help.

I heard that, if HTC is in a bind with money they can just fire there customer service reps, there worthless. -way off subject-

So I'm going to bite my tounge on this thread before anyone puts a hit on me. Should have done more browsing before posting ](*,).I know there are threads out there for the rom update, just wasnt sure if anyone knew of when it might come out thats all.

htc is "probably" like the #2 handset maker right now, next to Nokia(who noone will ever beat out for #1), im sure their not in a bind for money anytime in the coming decade
