can anyone help me out my keyboard just stopped working?

Sounds like a hardware problem, you might wanna take it to a sprint store so a tech can tell you if it can be fix, "if you think you installed something that could cause your keyboard to stop working hard reset could fix the problem"

Back up your data (contacts, calendar, etc.) then do a hard reset. After the hard reset ensure that your keyboard works. If it does then reinstall your 3rd party apps one at a time. Check to make sure your keyboard works after each individual reinstall. Make sense?

Actually he does not sound like an ***, what he says is true. There are several threads on this very topic, and what Coz said was being disscussed in one. I believe I was like the first to post about non-functioning keyboard anyway do read

Big bucks no Whammies!!! Good answers everyone (with the exception of...well...you know who).

Since there are indeed a few threads discussing keyboard issues I'm gonna shut this one down.
