Volume Up/Down Buttons acting Strange?
 

Quick question...

Does anyone know how to fix the issue where the Vol Up/Down buttons open up the volume control but do not increase/decrease the level?

For example, when I press vol up, I see the HTC volume bar but when I press vol up again to raise the level, it disappears.

what if u slide the vol up and down on the screen? does it still go away?

Nope, that works just fine. Before, I could just press the up key until the volume went up.

hmmmm...yeah thats how its suppose to work..

dunno man, sorry i dont have a fix... just wondered if your vol usage had completely went out, then maybe somehow just a file association or something messed up..

did u dl one of those colored volume cabs or anything?

Nope, I didn't install the colored volume cabs. Its probably a ROM thing. I'll ask MightyMike

it is an s2u2 issue.... are you running the latest 1.50 (it does not have it)

Yes, I'm running 1.5

I think I may have switched the option to make the volume buttons work as up/down keys, but I don't know where that is.
