Lock Code Work Around?
 

I have a Sprint TP and I'm Currently running everything 100% Stock....

Problem: Lock Code Will Not Work, Phone Will Not Provision.

So I Cannot update PRL or Profile. i cannot call cant recieve texts or anything and sprint cannot help cus they are trying to get me to manually program the phone but the lock code wont work.

i work at sprint so i can log onto my account and see what my MSL should be 647002 but that doesnt work neither does my onetime lock code.

Now Sprint has done everyhting on their end to try and help me they would even send me another phone...but it will be a referb...i dont want that...


my QUESTION is.....Can you get in to the phone to Program it without using the lock code.

same here.. but I talked to sprint and told me to do a hard reset but then i would lost alot of important text messages.. how do i go around this? i wrote down my four digit security code and it didnt work and now i have to wait 2 hours before im able to try another security code. my fat fingers are to blame...

thats what i wouldve suggested, Hard Reset. im guessing it would reset the onetime lock code so you might be able to use it again. good luck bro.

well i hard resetted the phone and everything i even wiped the entire thing. but it just looks like there something wrong with the phone. so i got another one i just didnt want to have to go through that hassle lol...thanks guys...but it would be nice for future reference if there is a work around
