make operamini as a default broser on TP
 
Can anyone help me with removing the operamobile as a default browser on touchpro and instead making operamini as the default browser. Operamini works much faster. I have total commander but don't know all the steps needed to change this, if one can even change this. thnks.

that's probably difficult to do, especially since you have to get by the few screens before Opera Mini gets to the start page.

Thanks. It looks complicated. i will try it out at home. ANyone else has tried this? IS there any other simpler way to change the default browser?

There are simpler ways but the problem is that Opera Mini has to be rendered in a Java environment and isn't a native program that you can point to. The tutorial above is probably the best way to do it. The easiest way to set a new default browser is if the new program has a location that file associations can point to be opened with.
