How can I make my phone ring sooner?

When someone calls me it ring like 2 to 3 times on there end by the time my phone starts ringing. I have been missing some calls. I know there was like a registry edit that I saw a while back. Does anyone have it or know it? I tried to search but didnt find anything.

2 rings on the other side is normal. First ring is fake (well, its not a ring your phone should do)

If your phone rings on the 2nd ring, its doing well. 3rd ring, OK. 4th ring, yeah thats normal as shipped. 5th ring? Must be in a low signal area... voice mail!

I think they should let you set the # of rings before voicemail on these things... mine should be about 50 seconds (however many rings that is!)

Hit the thread above, change your slot cycle index, change your ringer pattern, etc, etc...
