calls go straight to voicemail
 

so i have an htc pro from sprint. when i'm on the phone, i don't see or hear the incoming calls. they go straight to voicemail. does anyone know how i can fix this?

Are you using a custom ROM or stock? The TP gurus (I'm not one of them, still using the 700WX) will want to know this. Does this only happen when when you're on the phone, or whenever an incoming call is received?

stock. i notice after i get off a call i have a voicemail. pisses me off.

You may want to call Sprint to ensure Call Waiting is active on your line. I have had issues in the past when I move to a new phone it mysteriously gets removed and they have to re-add it to the account.
