Matt - no dice on that. I uninstalled sMMS, reinstalled Arcsoft with a soft reset in between and still no notification . . . at this point i think i'll just live with it unless anybody as any other ideas.

You mean you don't see a evelope with a arrow pointing upward for sending out the pictures or videos and when the videos or pictures are coming in the arrow with the evelope points downward, that's your notification icon, yeah...:-({|=:laughing3::laughing3::laughing3:

It is a one time fix, and yea, it's worth it. 100% OS integration, no separate picturemail email account to mess with, more options, faster speeds for sending and receiving, more more more....

But, if you aren't looking for that, then avoid it at all costs......hah! Give it a shot - if you don't like it, simply uninstall arcsoft, and reinstall the picturemail cab from sprint - no harm done.

i am still hving problems. i cant receive. sending is fine. what did i do wrong? the phn wakes like it is trying to receive it just never does. help!!!!!

everything works i noticed if i change the receive limit to 5 mb then i don't receive anything but when i change it back i receive.

my phone wakes up, but doesn't receive anything. the data connection doesn't even startup. i'm gonna restore with sprite and try again another time, but i've uninstalled and reinstalled it so many times, and it didn't do anything.

couple things, i did followed all the instructions in post 1 and all is working, is it normal for it to say it still has a 500k limit even after the reg edits? also i asked this earlier but never got an answer so im asking again now that there is more visisbility in this thread....does this program not integrate messages into conversations?...thanks in advance

My set up say 2000K, after the adding of the registry software to increase the sending limit, it's just awesome now. KillerQ you are the man....:headbang:

The resize software is in post #39, works like you charm, 2000K, but someone said that they have software for 5MB increase limit, bring it on please. The resize software should be put in post #1....:headbang:

Umm no, it's not old news. Until now Arcsoft MMS has not worked on a STOCK Sprint Touch Pro, sending AND receiving.

You are definitely one of the exceptions. For the longest time Arcsoft wouldnt work on the stock rom if it had sprint mms installed on it.... for many people.

On a stock Sprint unlocked phone? If that's the case then I wonder why it is still an issue and Calkulin's fix has been widely publicized as a fix.

The original stock rom didn't have sprint mms installed, maybe that's why it worked. But, still, this isn't really news, since sprintmms still has to be removed, not like it's working side by side

That is correct. If SprintMMS has never been installed, Arcsoft works just fine. It's when Sprint MMS is installed and not 100% uninstalled(which is the case with Sprint's TP, since it is part of the ROM).

Odd. Your phone didn't have it installed by default? I bought mine from bestbuy when they initially went on sale and it had it on there.

Got mine from BestBuy a few days before it was officially out, it wasn't pre-installed, I had to download it.

total commander will not let me delete Windows/Picturemail.dll, and when i try moving it, another copy just appears in the windows folder
