his phones not lost or stolen though...

guess we know why asurions prices are going up and theres gonna be cap at 3 exchanges in 12 months...due to advice and TEP claims like that...

just try a diff tech at another store, or call retensions maybe, but dont report it lost or stolen... they can fix that, and refurb it out to someone else

I know his isn't. They don't have to know that. The limit used to be 2. I know cuz I've broken a lot of phones. Often times a lost/stolen phone is the easiest way to get a new one. Eat the $50 and call it a day. I did suggest a different employee before I suggested fraud though. Just sayin'... sometimes they won't work with you, like with an intermittent problem or water damage. This is the last resort. $50 is a lot less than retail for a new TP.
