Major SMS problem
 
Ok so i was on the phone with sprint last night for about 2 hours and here is my problem my texts are coming in late and not just that i have to make an outgoing call to non VM and non *2 to get them to come through. they have the correct time and date stamp on them but i will recieve them late only when i call and i have even sent them through the website and they wont come either any help would be much appreciated thanks a lot

Sprints fault. Problem on their end.

Yes its a known issue with Sprint.

Sprint problem. You can hard reset your phone if that makes you feel better...but a lot of us with Sprint have had this problem off and on throughout the years.

Only thing you can really do is call and complain.

yeah i did the call and complain and i udated prl checked software update called had them check my account to make sure all was correct i have no clue what it could be that is causing this and COZ lol hard reset come on now ;-)

Yeah there is nothing you can do about it. It's the network! lol I hear a soft reset every couple of days helps, but it's unpredictable.

When it's happened to me, Sprint has done various troubleshooting steps on their end and opened tickets. Sometimes it takes a day or two, but they've always got it fixed.
