so if you have unlocked phone it using hspl37 and you did the spc with workshop or qpst and reset the password to 000000 load a rom and your good.there are a few more things to remember if its not a generic or altell rom you will need to change your prl just pick one from the altell list newer the better http://corolada.com/prl/

I have not used workshop does it matter if its for the diamond and im using it on the pro, or is everything the same. I know that I have to change the password to 000000 but need to know how. THanks.

Cdma Workshop was the easiest way to find the spl. You'll need to put the phone in diagnostic most by pressing ##3424 & then either # or send. You'll have to keep ooening ports till the phone is recognized.
