You can use Gyrator 2 and assign the device lock to an orientation or stylus event. For instance you can set the phone to lock when the phone is turned face down. Of you could set the device lock when the phone is turned upside down.

Is that the passcode lock, or just the device lock? I want to have a button that will bring up the passcode lock screen.

You can set it to do either. I tried it myself and it works. The device lock IS the passcode lock. You are maybe referring to the keylock as being the device lock.
I set mine for a stylus event. And sure enough when I put my stylus into the phone it locks the phone to where you need to put the passcode in before using.
