Icon changes

If I want to change the icon for a program using TF3D edit and select new icon, what size does the new PNG file need to be or will it resize the icon automatically?

Are you talking about the icons in the slider at the bottom of the screen?

Oh, I don't know where those images come from or what size they need to be. Maybe someone around here does...

Yah the icons in the programs tab. i.e. if i click on the live icon it opens windows live ... if i replace that icon with a PNG that is a large size meant for a computer icon will it resize automatically to fit my icon area in the programs.

hmm, those icons are the actual programs icons, just change the shortcut for the app to use a different icon i.e. say the app is
"\windows\myapp.exe" add the following
"\windows\myapp.exe"?pathtodllorexe -iconnumber

the icon number is optional most exe's have a defalut icon

64x64 Is what I use. Icon converter will convert any jpeg, bmp, etc. to a 64x64 ico file. Then copy the progams exe that you want to change the icon for to your desktop. start Reshacker, go to file then open. select the exe you copied to the desktop. Once open go to action and select replace icon. Point the popup browser to the icon that you made. Then ok then save. Then overwrite the original exe on the phone with the one from the desktop and you're done (you may need to soft reset for the icon change to show up in TF3D.
