I know it's not designed for the Pro, but have you tried messing with nueled to see if you can manipulate the led with that?

I highly doubt it will work. Other programs that controlled the LEDs on the mogul do not work on the Touch pro.

Take a look at this thread starting around post 18. People were able to make some modifications, but I still don't know if what you're wanting can be done.

I tried nueLED just now. Didn't work.

Here's a cab Juggalo made to fix the notification issue at least. It lets you change the duration and enable the light for any alert.
