Not that I've been able to find (not that it doesn't exist), I ended up just disabling it altogether across the board on everything. See the second link I supplied.

AH! This is my problem! Yes! Does anyone _not_ have this issue or have any idea how to lock this to keep from de-activating?

Haven't noticed it myself. I usually don't use the Start>Settings>Sounds & Notifications. I usually go straight to the Registry location and set it to 1 so all I get is an Icon and the Sound being played for the type of notification it is.

Gotcha - I'm using your global edits and setting it to 15 for vibrate, icon, and notification

Settings seem to stick for now. I can't find the event that replicates the loss of the bubble, that's my core problem - it's completely random.

I have no problem with icon and sound. Only problem i have is with "display message on screen" Doing it registry way or just changing it in setting/ sound and notifications. After some time it unchecks itself.

Ditto - display message on screen won't stick.

@bestjudge: are you using the stock or a rom?

Iam using my rom build with kitchen. Iam pretty sure it has to do with TF3D.

Gotcha - do you know what event causes the box to become unchecked?
