Touch Wheel problem
 

Has anyone else experienced problems with their touch wheel? Mine seems to be bugging out on me randomly... I try to scroll with it and it doesn't respond, even after using the Diamond Tweak App. Also, while texting, sometimes it randomly freaks out on me, enlarging the font, then decreasing the size, enlarging, and so on for a couple of times, and eventually gets stuck at that final font size for a bit, and then I have to continuously circle the wheel hoping for it to work right and decrease the size to what I want.

I am sure this isn't a ROM problem because I have had this problem with Juggalo's and hibby's rom...

Is there anyway for me to disable that function until my 30 day wait is up for my insurance to be active on my account?

it sounds like you have a defective phone. you don't have to wait 30 days to exchange it. just take it to a sprint store and they'll order you a new one.

The problem is that it isn't a new phone, I had purchase it from an individual from Craigslist. So I am not sure if that counts as within 30 days for exchange of the device, although they did allow me to add on insurance onto my plan 16 months into my 2 year contract.
