I tried to search but could not find the answer.

I have a cl 6 8gb card on TP. I sync it with PC via USB and explore the device. That way I can drag and drop music from my PC directly to the card.

However, this does not work with video (about 700Mb). It shows transferring files, the horizontal indicator bar starts to fill with green bars, but after 2 bars, it goes back to being empty and the cycle repeats over and over again.

Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to use windows media player for video transfer?

All I do is open the card in my computer and drag and drop the files directly to the card. Create a file called video and drag and drop the file in there. Then go to media player and choose menu-update library. This should allow media player to see and play the file as long as it is a supported format. Hope this helps
