Hey guys, love the site. its helped me out a lot. I have a cpl questions...

1) a local radio station has a contest to win tickets to a WWE show and rather that the traditional call in the way they do it is you have to be a certain number texter. I have work tomorrow and since i cant listen they have advertised that you have to text in at a certain time. I was wonder if there are any apps that i could use to schedule a text message to be sent at a certain time.

2) The IM program that comes with the touch pro will not connect. Every time i use it to try to connect to yahoo it says "server temporarily unavailable [code 500]. I was wondering with all the pros and custom ROMS floating around, which i have not tried yet, if anyone has been able to fix this yet.

3)Lastly, I've seen a lot of people mention how they tested their net seed from their handset. ive tried goin to speedtest.net through opera and pie and neither one works. the app either freezes and crashes bc of too much stress or i just give up from waiting for it to load.

Sorry if any of these are posted anywhere alse. i felt it easier to start a new thread with multiple questions and i didnt know what to type in to look for any these. Thanks in advance guys.

1. I'm sorry I cant be much help here, I had a program in the past that would allow this, but I have no idea what it was called.

2. Again sorry can't help don't use the program

3. This is done by tethering the TP to your computer/laptop. if you have PAM on your plan through sprint this is included in your plan, if not search for the ICS fix file so sprint will not know you are tethering to your laptop.

1. PowerSMS can send scheduled texts, as well as group texts. http://www.trinketsoftware.com/PowerSMS/

2. Have you thought about using 3rd party apps? Nimbuzz and Pidgin are a couple of programs I know of that support multipl eIM platforms.

3. On your mobile browser, go here: http://www.dslreports.com/mspeed?jisok=1
You'll probably have to choose the larger file size to do the test (I choose 1mb)

thanks. the power sms is just what im lookin for. as for the IM i mentioned, im really only worried about yahoo. when i looked on yahho all i could is an all in one app. does anyone know here i could maybe find a stand alone mobile yahoo IM?

I'm not sure there's one for specifically Yahoo. I haven't seen one around anyway.

Beejive and Palringo seem to be the best for winmo right now, though.
