Ordered a new touch pro to replace current....
So I just ordered a new one because my room mate just got hers that ordered thru that lil link, she has to send back the mogul...anyways, It seems like my touch pro just decided to act extra stupid today and idk if it was because my roommate has a brand new one I'm i'm findin things wrong with it, but i do have it from the first day in oct it came out, but its resettin and the lil circle comes up and spins for no reason...so my question is since i did a swap sayin that it cuts off and stuff, will they test it til it does or take my word, cuz i don't wanna get charged for a funky pro day :silent: lol...help please

Nah, you shouldn't. And if they do, just call ecare and tell them your situation. They will reverse the charge!

what link did you order through? mine is all messed up too, but the stores around here are stupid.. They always make me drive 20 miles to a service center, which takes the phone for an entire day to run a simple diagnostic test, but NEVER finds a problem.
