or can I just flash back to the Sprint rom?

Just load up the stock ROM but it only takes a few minutes to lock the phone.

Problem is, I bought my phone on Dec 27, its now Jan 28 - and the charging port doesn't function!

i would call sprint first, have them note your account so when you go to the store, they can just exchange it without an argument.

The sprint store people don't care, i was a tech there last year and if someone would have brought me an unlocked phone, I could careless. You're phone being locked or unlocked shouldn't have anything to do with the problem unless its a software issue, and if its a software issue, we should be able to fix it on here.

some people are jerks though, I wish all Sprint techs had the same helpful attitude you have. Though I must say recently techs have been much more helpful than a year ago. I think it might have something to do with the whole survey thing Sprint has going around now.

I called sprint tech support and we had it all figured out and then the call dropped, and now the new tech isn't understand. OH THE FRUSTRATION.

and to make matters worse, I bought it at a BESTBUY :(
