Just wanted to give an update to try to be fair to onlytouchpro.com. I have received 4 out of 5 items from them (got them all yesterday). So, not a total scam, but... they label things as OEM and they are definitely not. I have heard bad stories of phones "blowing up" by using inferior chargers etc., so I am not sure I am going to use the stuff. I guess I will research it. This was partially my fault I guess - should've just bought directly from HTC or Sprint and avoided the headache, but I was trying to save a few bucks.

FYI to update anyone who cares, I still have not received my refund. I spoke with them again in March and then in April. The march call said they would refund me within 24hrs, never received it. Then I called in April and they said they sent me a check. ](*,) They never said anything about sending a check... I didn't get it anyway. So that day, mid-april, I contacted Bank of America and am currently in the dispute process.

i Gues i will make sure to tell my customers to avoid that site then...cellphoneshop.com has seemed to be my best choice...anyone had any problems with cellphoneshop?

Woohoo!! 7 months later and my dispute with OnlyTouchPro.com through Bank of America was FINAAAAAAAAAAAALLLY approved!!!!

Ok different phone but same company I bought a case from them its coming out of orlando which isn't far from me. Few days go by...a week..almost two weeks! I contacted them 3 times during the wait asking is it back ordered,lost,just plain took my money NO FEEDBACK I contact paypal and bam next day my case comes. Wow had to reorder the case again cause the one I had had broke and it came faster that grease lighting! Go figure!
