cprog.exe and other errors backup

After I hard reset I went to back up my phone and it tells me there is a cprog.exe and then touchflo wont load. Any ideas what I should do or should i just start fresh?

Well I had to just start from scratch..... Is there a program that will open the backup on my PC so i can atleast get my pics. I would really like to have them

Go to SPB Unpack from the computer you installed the program from.
