The exe and dlls are patched to be used with the CFC compressed version of manila. As far as ssmapa with CFC compressed versions, make sure you use Extended Init... and for the HD version, make sure to change the filename to manila2.exe

Hi,

Thanks very much for your great cab, "HD Contacts Tab CFC.cab". This cab is the only one that works for my Diamond, Official Rom Ver 1.35 with Official manila version 1.0.1630.15

Although, the new people tab is working great, I have some small prb mentioned at below :

Will it be possible to give a new cab that may solve especially BLACK Font prb ?

  • Sometimes "Home Icon" does not move
  • Launch Page (From Programs / All Programs) return to whole black colour, difficult to read now.
  • Library page form Music tab again return to whole black colour.

Still hasnt worked for me.. Im running the stock rom, Ive followed instructions carefully and it doesnt work. I installed the HD weather tab the same way and that works.

Will this sort the people by their names automatically (like the stock people tab), or can I add them in the order which I would like them to be? I am annoyed with the auto-sorting of the stock people tab, so i dont even use it much because of that. I would like a working people tab though. If this one does not auto-sort, then I would be happy.

I took the HD Contacts Tab CFC from post 28 and turned it into an OEM package. Tested on SSK 1.5 w/ Sprint Manila. If any ROM cookers are interested, let me know and I will post it...
