DivX Encoder

Hi all, for those that use DivX encoder to format movies for your TP, what settings do you use to have the best image quality and sound, yet keep the size of the file around 300-500 MB, I tried the VGA device setting and the file size ended up like around 1 gig, on my Treo 800 I used PDA for my device and the size of the movies were around 300MB, image quality was great, I do notice that I had better image quality with my Treo 800W than my HTC TP. Any advice?

Personally, I just use the "PDA" settings, with 2-pass encoding. I end up with approximately 80Mb for each hour of video, and can't really see any difference that when I try higher quality or resolution. There's also the advantage of being able to have an entire season of a show fit easily on a 4Gb card. :)
