Exclusive Program List? Keep it Open

I want programs to exit when I click the X except for Opera I want it to just hide in the background how do I do that. I can't find away to add it to the "exclusive list"

While opera is open click your start menu, click settings then task manager and when it opens under "running programs list" just click and hold it for a few seconds and it'll give you the option for exclusive.
