Of course it strikes me that there probably aren't many NFL or sports fans on PPCgeeks so it's probably not a big deal for most.
wtf, are you serious? no sports fans here? have you seen my avatar or other members? we love sports. or did i missread your last statement? syanni is talking about nfl network on tv, not the crappy sprint version.

Re: Sprint TV - Anything to watch?????

My wife says the same.

I use it in extreme cases of boredom. I used it more on my 9C but it looks so bad on the Pro.
I watch news, the cartoon network, MXC, some USA like Monk.
My daughter watches Disney like Hanna Montana or wizards of something.

Dunno I can find stuff.

Well, I'm not sure that you can say it's just ads and clips. You can watch full episodes of (not a complete list):
ABC: Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Ugly Betty
NBC: Lost, Office, 30 Rock, Kath and Kim, Life
CBS: Numb3rs, CSI: NY
USA: Monk, Psych

You can also get clips from many shows on the major and cable networks (as I said, I love watching late night comedy clips). You can also watch a bunch of live networks, such as CNN, Comedy Network, Discover Channel, SciFi, FoxSports, NBC Sports, and others.

So overall, I think there's a lot there to amuse you.

Yup, SlingBox is awesome. I am not on Sprint (thank god), but it doesn't matter, even if I was I would still be using my SB setup.

I get 200 cable channels including HBO/Cinemax/Showtime, all the demand channels etc etc etc on my Touchpro

I have the audio/video out hooked into my 7" NAV screen in my truck & it also works super in hotel rooms.

No I'm not kidding... there are a few die hard sports fans here but overall there does not seem that many sports related threads.

Re: Sprint TV - Anything to watch?????

But getting back on topic, I also find Sprint TV very useful for occupying the kids while waiting in restaurants, long car rides, etc.

Re: Sprint TV - Anything to watch?????

How do i keep from the Sprint Radio from timing out? I dont like it when i have to hit a button every few min to keep it playing. I know on my Sanyo M1 I did a hack to where It would play all night if I wanted to. I know there has to be a hack for the Touch Pro.

Re: Sprint TV - Anything to watch?????

sprint tv is BS compared to Verizon and at&t mobile tv. My bro had it had he has live tv that you can flip through channels like on a real tv. Also his phone only cost $50 so im really feeling left out with this sprint tv crap, they force you to go pay another $200 for sling box that you have to still have a cable subscription!!! I should have gone with Verizon. not to mention that they have no problems with their gps
