Idea for sunsrise/sunset times on weather tab
 

I put this on XDA about a month ago, but no responses.

I was thinking it would be a great feature if we can somehow integrate sunrise & sunset times into the weather tab. Each city location would display their respective, local sunrise & sunset times for the day.

Any ideas how this can be done? I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate & enjoy having this feature.

I checked, and Accuweather.com shows the info for sunrise, sunset, wind speed, etc...

Also, when on the weather app in TouchFLO 3D, if I click on 5-Day, then More, it takes me to accuweather.com. Is it possible to edit the "More" button to take me to the city specific page on accuweather.com instead of the main page?

That would be cool. I'd like to see a lot more options to view weather in TF3D as well...

yah, that would be cool, you could have it show up under the city name, instead of "clear" or "cloudy" or whatever. does anybody know if accu weather has this info?

IDK I usually just look outside to see if the sun has risen, or has set, must just be me. JK

But, I'm not sure how this would be added

If you click the '5-day' then the 'more' link you'll get the accuweather site in opera where you could find the sunrise/sunset times.

Wouldn't you typically want to know the sunrise time the previous day anyways? Like to go fishing for example. I think a separate app for sunrise/sunset would be better, could include moon phases and stuff as well. If there is an app like this already please let me know.

Yeah actually that would be a good idea. I'm muslim and we pray 5 times a day. Once before sunrise and another during sunset. So this would be cool for monitoring this.

I remember someone did something similar to this with mortscript on M2D, Im sure something could probably be worked out for 3D.
