Htc Touch Pro

I Have An Htc Touch Pro From Alltel And It Is Froze Up After I Tried To Change The Them On The Today Page. I Can Not Hard Reset The Phone And None Of The Programs Will Run And The Touch Screen And Hard Keys Only Work Some Of The Times After I Soft Reset The Phone. I Have Tried Every Thing I Know To Do. Can Anyone Help With This Problem?
