confused about wmwifirouter

Does this program require tethering?

I am on ATT with the $30 unlimited data plan
the tethering plan costs $50.

Will i be billed for tethering if i install wmwifirouter?

Not if you set it up in the correct way. Do NOT select PAM as the connection. Select your service which would be ATT. Though I am on Sprint, I would think this to be the same with ATT. Others will chime in if I am incorrect.

Paying for tethering is a joke anyway. I used to work for AT&T and tethered all the time and never even bothered adding the code to my own line.

I have sprint and for a while using wmwifirouter was my only hotspot in my apartment. I do not pay for the service and it works great with no extra charges, go crazy with it should be no problem
