3000 mah Extended Battery Pictures
 

Well, I finally got the battery. I popped it in, and it's bigger than I thought it would be. I have attached the pictures for those who wanted to see how it looks on the phone. Sorry about the camera quality.

Aside from the extra bulk though, the battery works wonders. I can't give an accurate estimation of the battery life, because I just got it today, but I can say that the phone didn't heat up much at all when I was browsing the web, talking on the phone, or using my bluetooth headset (in all three cases, push mail and the phone were on of course).

Also, the extra bulk makes typing on the hardware keyboard even easier than it already was, and I don't have to do any "temperature reducing" tricks (sliding out the keyboard, taking off the battery cover, etc.) while charging the battery, thanks to the bulk.

I haven't really made up my mind on whether or not I'd keep it yet. While the bulk makes the phone much better, it's still a LOT of bulk. I'm not normally concerned about a bulky phone (because as you can see in the pic, my hands are HUGE and I kinda need it), but this battery really does double the Touch Pro's thickness.

So, what do you guys think? Buy or leave it?

wow.. That is big.. If you don't mind the bulk, keep it.. That isn't the stock case is it?

Diesel, if you're talking about the background of the 4th pic, yes, that's the stock case.

Actually, I meant on the phone.. But it make's sense... lol.. I assume that case came with the battery? How is the fit and finish? No squeaks?

I was wanting to buy this battery as well but that is a little too much bulk for me. I think I'm going to go with the Sedio battery. Thanks for the post.

The cover comes with the battery? And would you be able to post a picture that was taken with the pro? Im curious to see if the case shows up in the edges of the pictures.

And maybe a picture of the new battery next to the old one?
