How to disable screen blanking in call?
 

So this was working on my stock sprint ROM (phone screens stays ON during call). But after updating to juicy's ROM the screen now turns off after making a call. I've installed Diamond Tweak and advanced config. Selected the options to disable this option... screen still blanks.

So... how do I make my screen stay ON during a call. I know I can hit the power button to turn it on... what a pain.

I've searched for an hour, no luck.

Switch to the WinMo dialer, I am using that as it totally eliminates the incoming call lag but it also does not turn off during a call (which I like)

There is a registry setting you can change, let me do some digging and see if I can find it.

The one I saw was HKLM->Drivers->RIL EnableFastDormantDisplayDuringCall Mine is set to 0 and the screen still turns off

I don't have my phone with me right now, but I think there's an option for that in DiamondTweak. Not very sure, though.

install no sleep! its what i have on my diamond and it works great

I tried NoSleep! and it didnt change behavior. Phone still blanks after call connect.

John. What is the WinMo dialer you are talking about? And did it hellp?

I did not have the registry entry LoungeLizard described.

Any other ideas? This is slowly driving me crazy... crazy slowly going am I.

the stock Windows Mobile dialer, it totally eliminates the incoming call lag & stops the screen blanking out, but it disables the volume control while you are on a call.

Can you use the icon on the top of the phone if necessary?
