replacement wont turn on
 

i just got a brand new touch pro from insurance bc my other one broke...just got the new one in the mail and it wont turn on, i plug it into the charger and the circle of light doesnt come on

any iddeas?

Try using your old battery and see if it atleast powers on. You might have a defective USB port

Try the old battery...try your old charger...try a different wall outlet. Try to do a hard reset. If that fails, try a different phone as yours if defective.

okay i got the phone to turn on by messing around with those things that plug into the battery

the usb port works fine it is charging now and everything
how do i get my contacts on my new phone using activesynce?

Plug your phone into your computer.. It will ask you what you want to sync... I usually select just contacts, but you can pick what you please... Then let it finish and it will sync...
