Hello, apologizes if this has been discussed, but I didn't find it.

Is there an application like the iPhone's CameraBag? It is a program that processes the photos taken by the phone's camera so that it looks like a holga or lomo or square format camera. See examples here: http://www.nevercenter.com/camerabag/

It's a pretty fun program and would appreciate it on the Windows platform. Thanks for any recommendations.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that doesn't have a nice easy way to apply a filter to an image. Anything else that's more user friendly available? Thanks.

Sure it does, just select a filter from the filter menu.

Expect more, not less, from your WM device.
